Founded under Nonxie Property and Investment Solutions (Pty) Ltd, Awande’z Majesty Boutique Hotel, emerged from a vision to create an exclusive haven for leisure and business travellers in KwaZulu-Natal. Built on years of business and hospitality expertise by Mr. C.E. Ndiyaza, who is also a mentor to SMMEs in the King Cetshwayo District Municipality, the guesthouse has grown into a landmark of excellence.
